Fall time means Apple Event Time

It’s about that time of year. The nights are getting cooler, football starts this weekend, pumpkin spice lattes are available. The true sign of fall time though? Apple’s annual event is next week, and with that come all the rumors.

So what should we expect from the Apple Event this year?

It’s pretty safe to assume there will be an upgraded iPhone. Rumor is it will be called the “iPhone 6s” and upgraded features will include force touch and a better camera.

Also expected is an upgrade to the Apple TV System. Rumors of Siri’s addition to the device are floating around, as well as a dedicated App Store and games. Apple is also expected to launch a subsciption streaming service (like Netflix or Hulu Plus) next year, as well as launching it’s own programming.

Finally, Apple is expected to announce a larger, 12.9″ screen iPad this year. These iPads will likely feature force touch and an upgraded camera as well.  In the past Apple has done a secondary event in October, so if they don’t announce an iPad update then we’ll be waiting for the secondary event.

So, what are you looking forward to from Apple this year? Will you be watching September 9th?
