Company: Compensation Programs, Inc. (ComPro) is a health insurance brokerage firm located in Lincoln, Nebraska. ComPro serves financial professionals, employers, and individuals. The three defining words of ComPro are experience, integrity, and leadership.

Challenge: ComPro approached Turbine Digital looking for a complete rebrand. ComPro decided that the place to start was with a new logo, branding materials, and website. The company also wanted to explore different ways of getting their name out there and expressing their vast health insurance knowledge.
Recommendations: Turbine recommended a custom themed website to help ComPro stand out. We also recommended the use of social media outlets, like Facebook and Twitter, as well as some video marketing. Along with those recommendations, Turbine also suggested the implementation of monthly press releases and eNewsletters.
Result: We designed a custom website as well as a new logo and branding materials for ComPro. With detailed services pages and an agent toolbox, ComPro is able to effectively show their knowledge of the health insurance industry. Turbine also created two social media pages for ComPro, Facebook and Twitter. We provided the tools to help ComPro succeed on those outlets. Armed with a posting matrix and digital marketing plan, ComPro was prepared to take on the social media world. Turbine also created monthly videos for ComPro that are placed on their website and in monthly newsletters.
ComPro’s monthly online newsletters are sent to around 2800 people. These newsletters achieve an open rate of 25% or higher. The press releases sent out by Turbine typically generate 30,000 impressions and 600 or more reads.
Turbine suggested that ComPro use Facebook to build brand engagement and position the company as a knowledgable and trusted health insurance firm. By sharing the latest news in health insurance as well as insurance humor, ComPro could show the target audience their personal and business side.
Twitter is a great place to share the latest news. Turbine recommended that ComPro use Twitter for that very reason. As a business in a confusing and rapid-changing industry, ComPro could help fans keep up with the news they needed to know.
